The Blodgett Zephaire ZEPH-100-E is built with a full angle-iron frame, giving it a strong internal structure that resists warping and holds up under constant commercial use.  Its exterior features stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, which makes it durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean in a busy kitchen environment.  The doors include dual-pane thermal glass set in stainless steel frames, allowing you to monitor cooking without losing heat, while the triple-mounted pressure lock system ensures a tight seal for consistent temperatures.  Inside, the oven has a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment that is highly durable and easy to maintain, along with five chrome-plated racks and eleven adjustable positions to accommodate different tray sizes.  Heat is supplied by three tubular electric elements and controlled by a solid-state thermostat with a range from 200°F to 500°F, providing reliable and steady cooking performance.  A two-speed fan powered by a ½ horsepower motor circulates air evenly throughout the cavity, improving cooking consistency and reducing bake times.
