The ZWILLING TWIN Grip 4-inch Paring Knife is a versatile kitchen knife designed for precise tasks such as peeling, cutting, slicing, chopping herbs, and garnishing fruits and vegetables. It features a precision-stamped, high-performance “NO STAIN” stainless-steel blade that is ice-hardened using the FRIODUR process for excellent sharpness, durability, and resilience. The blade has a hardness of 57 Rockwell and tapers to a central point for detailed cutting work. Its ergonomically contoured, textured synthetic-resin handle provides a secure, comfortable, and slip-resistant grip. Made in Spain, the knife is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
